MAINTENANCE requests

If you have a maintenance issue in a building that we manage please complete a maintenance form and email it to maintenance@teeproperty.co.nz.

This inbox is monitored between Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm.

We will raise a work order with the relevant contractor and email you a work order number. When the contractor has attended site and completed the job, email us and we will close the maintenance request.

It is our preference that one person within your organisation completes this form, however we understand this is not always possible.
